TTMK monthly social evening – Community Solutions for Minimising Food Waste

As a monthly social event, this is an opportunity for us to have an informal chat about all things “green” and sustainable in Milton Keynes, to discuss how we can create climate resilient communities through practical action, together.

Event format

Steve McNay, Council Manager from Woughton Community Council, will be talking about Woughton’s Community Fridge and Community Meals.  Followed by a discussion on what we can do to support, replicate, learn or contribute to existing projects or what other ideas we can come up with that help minimise food waste.  

You don’t need to have any prior knowledge and there will be no pressure to get involved in anything. The only commitment you need is to come along. Your presence is what matters most, and you’ll be warmly welcomed with tea, coffee and cake/biscuit! 😊

Venue

Our evening discussion will be held in the offices of Aiimi Ltd from 7pm to 8pm; a short walk from Milton Keynes Central train station and Planet Ice, at 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1FH.
