Community Action: MK Annual General Meeting 2022

Community Action: MK invite you to join us this October at our first in-person AGM since the pandemic hit in 2020 as we look back on a year of hybrid working and living in the ‘new normal’.

This year we will be focusing on the theme of ‘Moving Forward, Stronger Together’, exploring how we can make sure that effective collaboration and co-production is at the heart of how our VCSE (Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise) sector works and supports the local community to get everyone’s voice heard.

There will be guest speakers, refreshments and a light breakfast as we celebrate the importance of working together to build a stronger community.

We are delighted that Dr Rima Makarem, the Chair of the BLMK ICS (Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care System) will be joining us as the keynote speaker. Rima will be sharing the exciting plans and vision for the health and social care system in our region, and how it aims to embed the VCSE sector in its work.

We hope the event will be a great opportunity to network with other VCSE organisations in Milton Keynes and share ideas for future plans!
